Stirling Smith Art Gallery and Museum
The Stirling Smith Art Gallery & Museum, founded in 1874 with the bequest and collection of the artist Thomas Stuart Smith (1815–1869) on land provided by the burgh of Stirling, still operates under the modified trust deed of its founder. From the earliest times, the spectacular Stirling landscape was a magnet for artists as well as tourists.

Stirling Highland Games – Stirling 900 old photo exhibit
Stirling Highland Games is celebrating Stirling reaching 900 years as a Royal Burgh by hosting an old photo exhibit for our visitors to enjoy, within our Discover Stirling marquee this year.
We have partnered up with the Arygll and Sutherland Highlanders Museum to display some old regimental pictures with some facscinating background stories to read about.
