Stirling Highland Games found out that last year’s Chieftain, Alison McGrandles, was at Murrayfield Stadium at the weekend to watch the Scotland v Wales match.
It was a special occasion as Scottish Rugby welcomed the 1993 trailblazing Scotland team, that she was part of, to BT Murrayfield marking the 30th anniversary of their first international test. The team played against Ireland at Raeburn Place on 14th February 1993, eventually running out 10 – 0 winners.
